Common Questions
Everything Agawam parents ask before they book. Still not sure? Just call - we'd rather talk it through.
Call to Book(413) 230-0596How do I book?
One phone call. Tell us the date, the ages, and roughly how many kids, and we'll match a unit and hold it. No forms, no cart, no waiting for a callback.
Do you deliver to Feeding Hills and Southwick?
Yes — Agawam, Feeding Hills, West Springfield, Southwick, Westfield, Springfield, Longmeadow and Granville are all inside our free delivery zone. Further out we still come; there may be a small fee depending on distance, and we'll tell you up front.
Can I pick the theme?
We have over 45 themes and most come in all three sizes, so yes — but tell us the party rather than the theme name and we'll suggest what fits. Themes go quickly on summer weekends, so a first and second choice helps.
What does setup involve?
We arrive at least an hour before your party, stake or sandbag the unit, run the blower to a standard outlet, safety-check it, and walk you through the rules before leaving. Takedown is ours too — you don't touch it.
What if it rains?
We wait as long as we can before delivering so you can decide late. If you go ahead and it rains, there's no refund once the unit is loaded or delivered. If you'd rather reschedule we'll do our best, but rain dates aren't always available in peak season. We do shut down for lightning and high wind.
Does it have to stay inflated?
Only while kids are on it. There's a switch on the blower. If the unit stays overnight you can shut it off and turn it back on in the morning.
Is an adult required to watch it?
Yes, whenever kids are on it. That's your responsibility and it's in the rental agreement — no shoes, no food or drink inside, no flips, and similar sizes on at the same time.
What deposit do you take?
25%–50% by Visa or MasterCard when you reserve, credited to your total. Deposits are non-refundable and orders can't change once placed, because the unit comes out of inventory the moment we hold it. Schools and churches can pay by check.
Are you insured?
Fully licensed and insured, and we'll issue a certificate naming your venue. Parks and function halls usually require one — tell us who to name when you book.
How far ahead should I book?
For May through September, as early as you can. Saturdays book out weeks ahead and the popular themes go first. Off-season is much easier. If your date is close, still call — cancellations happen.
